1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the Cheer Builder website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Digital Products
Cheer Builder offers various digital products including, but not limited to, "Build A Routine" subscription service, digital dance routines, cheers, chants, and the Digital Mini Cheer Camp Fundraiser package.
2.2 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.3 Subscription Services
The "Build A Routine" service is offered as a subscription at $599 per year. Subscription fees are charged annually and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. DIGITAL CONTENT AND LICENSING
3.1 License Grant
Upon purchase, Cheer Builder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your personal or organizational use as specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:

3.3 Music Licensing
Cheer Builder does not sell or provide licenses for music. All music featured in our products and demonstrations must be separately purchased and licensed directly from PowerMusicCheer (https://www.powermusiccheer.com/). Users are responsible for obtaining the appropriate music licenses from PowerMusicCheer before using any music in conjunction with Cheer Builder products or routines.
4. PAYMENT AND PRICING
4.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.
4.3 Tax
Applicable sales tax may be added to your purchase depending on your location.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products, downloads, or subscription services once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
5.2 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your "Build A Routine" subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of your subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5.3 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased digital content, please contact our service team at service@cheerbuilder.com. We will work to resolve access issues but will not issue refunds for technical difficulties that can be resolved.
6. FUNDRAISER PROGRAM
6.1 Digital Mini Cheer Camp Fundraiser
For organizations participating in our Digital Mini Cheer Camp Fundraiser:

You will earn 50% profit on all sales

"Attendees" purchase through your unique link and download the video to enjoy at home

Cheer Builder will create a customized video cheer course containing cheers, chants, and dances

We provide a flyer for you to distribute
6.2 Fundraiser Terms
Organizations are responsible for marketing and promoting their fundraiser. Cheer Builder does not guarantee any minimum sales or profits from the fundraiser program.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
All content on the Cheer Builder website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Cheer Builder or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
7.2 Trademarks
Cheer Builder and the Cheer Builder logo are trademarks of Cheer Builder LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
8. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
8.1 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding our products or services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
